The post involves hands-on training, LMS content development, and travel between Southampton, Fareham, Portsmouth, Chandler's Ford and Waterlooville to deliver inductions

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one IT training in person and remotely.
• Run group and department training sessions.
• Create and maintain training documentation and LMS content.
• Provide onboarding IT inductions for new starters.
• Collaborate with IT developers to prepare trainings for new systems.
• Maintain accurate training records and analytics.
