Job summary

Proactive.IT Appointments Limited is representing a well-established organisation seeking an IT Trainer to join its collaborative IT team in the United Kingdom. You will deliver IT training, onboard new starters and develop engaging online learning resources.

You will work closely with colleagues across the business to improve technology adoption and create user guides, refresher sessions and learning content for varied levels of technical ability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective IT training to users across the organisation.
• Provide IT onboarding and training for new starters.
• Develop and deliver refresher and role-specific training.
• Create engaging online learning content, user guides and training resources.
• Identify training needs and opportunities to improve technology adoption.
• Work closely with the wider IT team and business stakeholders to understand learning requirements.
• Support the implementation and adoption of new systems and technologies.
• Continuously review and improve training content and delivery methods.
• Provide a positive and supportive learning experience for users with varying levels of technical ability.
