Job summary

IT Talent Solutions is seeking an IT Trainer in Reading to deliver engaging training and support users through technology change. The role focuses on driving adoption of business systems across the organisation and collaborating with colleagues at all levels.

You will create training materials, lead workshops, and support the rollout of new systems and technologies, ensuring users gain the skills needed to work effectively with Microsoft 365 and other business tools.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Systems Trainer, IT Trainer, or similar.
• Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Experience designing and delivering engaging training programmes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Strong organisation and stakeholder-management skills.
