Job summary

Ashdown Group is seeking an IT Trainer to design and deliver technology training across Torquay, Newton Abbot and Exeter. The role involves creating guides, videos and materials, and supporting adoption of new tech and AI within a growing organisation.

You will train users with varying technical abilities, work with IT and business stakeholders, and travel between offices as required. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering technology training
• Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge, particularly Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel
• Experience supporting technology adoption, digital transformation or change programmes
• Understanding of AI and its business applications
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Coaching, mentoring and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with people at all levels
• Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

• Designing and delivering classroom, remote and one-to-one technology training

• Working with IT and business stakeholders on digital transformation and change initiatives
• Adapting training to suit different audiences and learning styles
• Travelling between multiple offices as required (travel covered)

We're working with a well-established organisation that is looking for an experienced IT Technology Trainer to join its IT team.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people get the most out of technology and wants to play a key role in transformation, IT adoption and Ai technology across a growing organisation.

You'll be responsible for designing and delivering engaging technology training to colleagues with varying levels of technical ability. You'll work closely with the IT team and wider business to help users adopt new technology and make the most of existing systems.
