Job summary

Pendleton Sixth Form College is seeking an IT Technician to be the first point of contact for IT support, delivering proactive assistance to students and staff. The role is based at Eccles Centre with potential to cover other centres within the College.

You will have good knowledge of PCs, tablets and Microsoft Windows, experience in an ITIL environment, and a IT-related qualification such as a BTEC Higher. The salary ranges from £24,770 to £27,231 and is a permanent, 36-hour week post.

Qualifications

• Proactive IT Technician to be first point of contact for IT support.
• Based at Eccles Centre with potential cross-centre cover.
• Knowledge of PCs, tablets and Windows; ITIL experience; IT-related qualification.

• Deliver excellent customer service to students, staff and delegates.
