The Kimberley School, part of East Midlands Education Trust, is seeking an IT Technician Apprentice to start a career in IT. You will learn on the job while working toward a recognised qualification.

During an 18‑month apprenticeship with Babington College, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting networks, hardware and software, managing Microsoft 365, and assisting staff and students with IT issues. No two days are the same, and you will receive dedicated training, coaching and regular

Qualifications

• No two days are the same; gain hands-on IT experience.
• Apprenticeship to Information Communications Technician Level 3.
• Training with Babington College during an 18-month program.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain computer networks, hardware and software.
• Help manage Microsoft 365 and online systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues for staff and students.
• Set up and maintain laptops, desktops, printers and other devices.
• Work with external IT support partners and suppliers.
