C5 Alliance Group in Jersey is seeking an IT Technician to provide quality IT services to clients. You will monitor systems, log and escalate alerts, and handle incoming calls within the call management system.

The role involves 24/7 rotating shifts, updating procedures, and contributing to monthly client service reports. A strong customer-service orientation and solid Microsoft product knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good problem-solving and organisational abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Log, troubleshoot and escalate alerts per procedures.
• Follow SLAs to complete tasks efficiently.
• Manage support calls and allocate resources.
• Run essential business checks before opening hours.
• Document and update IT operations processes.
• Assist in monthly service reports for clients.
