Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking a Senior IT Technician to support a diverse client base within a fast-moving MSP. You will handle first‑line technical support, troubleshoot across Windows and Apple devices, and manage incidents efficiently.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, a strong networking background, and hands-on use of Intune and monitoring tools. You’ll work on-site and collaborate with clients on security practices and system health.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant IT support experience.
• Experience in MSP environments.
• Familiar with Cyber Essentials and GDPR standards.
• Experience supporting Windows and Apple devices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support as the first point of technical contact.
• Resolve hardware, software and network incidents.
• Attend client premises for troubleshooting, upgrades and maintenance.
• Process and manage support tickets within SLAs.
• Keep stakeholders informed of progress and resolutions.
• Escalate urgent matters when necessary.
• Monitor customer systems and infrastructure health.
• Maintain technical records and documentation.
• Assist with planned projects and deployments.
• Respond to high-priority support requests.

Package on offer:

• Earn between £30k and £40k per year, subject to experience.
