Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking a Senior IT Technician to support a diverse client portfolio in a fast-moving MSP environment. You will be the first technical contact, resolving hardware, software and network incidents, and visiting client sites for troubleshooting and upgrades.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong networking, Windows and Apple support, and familiarity with Intune and remote monitoring tools. Excellent communication and client-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience with Cyber Essentials and GDPR standards.
• Experience supporting both Windows and Apple devices.

Responsibilities

Package on offer:

• Earn between £30k and £40k per year, subject to experience.
