Job summary

Experis - ManpowerGroup is seeking an IT Technician to join a busy support function in Plymouth. You will be the first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests, delivering hardware support and ensuring timely resolution for a large user base.

The role requires 2+ years in an IT field service environment, familiarity with incident management, and a valid driving licence. A full, clean licence and SC clearance/eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an IT field service environment.
• Familiarity with incident management and service requests.
• Experience with hardware diagnosis, troubleshooting and repair.

Location: Plymouth

Acting as the first point of contact for IT-related issues and service requests, you will play a key role in ensuring a high standard of customer service and efficient resolution of incidents.

• Queuing tickets assigned to their hubs and maintaining service levels.

Skills & Experience

• 2+ years in an IT field service environment
• Familiarity with incident management and service request processes.
• Experienced with Hardware - Diagnosing, troubleshooting, supporting and repairing.

Candidate Requirements

• Active SC Clearance or eligibility is required.
• Full clean driving licence.
