Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our Projects Team in Derby. You will deploy and configure end-user devices, assist with desk moves, and support MAC (Moves, Adds, Changes) activities to keep projects on track.

The role includes basic network tasks and on-site hardware upgrades, with a Mon - Fri 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM schedule and an up-to-date SC clearance requirement. The contract runs until 30 June 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying laptops/desktops/monitors and peripherals.
• Ability to perform basic network tasks including troubleshooting connectivity.
• Experience with desk setups and hardware upgrades on-site.
• Familiar with MAC/Moves, Adds, Changes (MAC) processes.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure end-user devices (laptops/desktops/monitors/peripherals).
• Carry out on-site hardware deployments and desk setups.

Job Overview:This role involves supporting client Projects Team by deploying and configuring end-user IT equipment, including laptops, desktops, monitors, and peripherals. The technician will also perform basic network troubleshooting, hardware upgrades, desk setups, and assist with office moves and MAC (Moves, Adds, and Changes) activities.

Location: Raynesway - DERBY DE21 7BE

Rate: An hourly rate, in-scope IR35, of £19.85 (PAYE) OR £25.75 (via a Hays Approved Umbrella Company).

Contract Length: up to 30 Jun 2027

Shift Pattern: Mon - Fri 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
