Job summary

Homefield College in Nuneaton is seeking an IT Technician to provide first-line support and keep hardware, software and networks running smoothly across our campus and wider sites.

You will support staff and students, manage devices and user accounts, and contribute to IT projects with a proactive, customer-focused approach. This varied, hands-on role is ideal for someone with solid technical knowledge and a commitment to service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering first-line IT support and customer service.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software and basic networking.

Join our IT team as an IT Technician, providing first-line support and ensuring the smooth running of hardware, software, and network systems across our Nuneaton campus and wider sites.
