Job summary

Redhill Academy Trust is seeking an organised IT Technician for their Arnold campus. This full-time, permanent role is 37 hours per week and falls on the Band 6 scale (points 29–32). Start date is as soon as possible and the post focuses on ICT support for staff and students.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, support a range of ICT systems, and juggle multiple priorities in a busy school environment. DBS checks apply.

Qualifications

• Proactive and customer-focused IT professional with strong problem-solving skills.
• Confident troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.
• Experience supporting users with ICT systems in a school or similar environment.
• Clear communicator who can work with staff and students.

As an IT Technician, you'll: provide ICT support to staff and students in their use of ICT resources across the Academy.
