Job summary

TEC Partnership is seeking an ICT Technician to provide reliable IT support within an education setting, supporting staff and students with first and second-line helpdesk tasks.

The role covers maintaining ICT systems, networks and devices, as well as supporting learning technologies and classroom AV equipment to underpin teaching, learning and assessment.

• Experience delivering ICT support in an education environment.
• Ability to install, maintain and troubleshoot ICT systems, networks and devices.
• Familiarity with learning technologies and classroom AV equipment.

Job description

We are seeking an ICT Technician to provide reliable, customer-focused IT support within a Further or Higher Education environment. The role involves delivering first and second-line technical support for staff and students, maintaining ICT systems, networks, devices, and learning technologies, and providing classroom and audio-visual support to underpin teaching, learning, and assessment.

TEC Partnership is made up of four colleges, two training providers, a 14-16 provision and a nursery, stretching from Scarborough to Skegness with a Nottingham based campus also.
