Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking a Senior IT Technician to support a diverse client base within a fast-moving MSP environment. You will be the first technical contact, resolving incidents across hardware, software, and networks.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of relevant industry experience.
• Practical experience with Cyber Essentials controls and GDPR standards.
• Intune device management and remote monitoring tools.
• Strong networking background.
• Windows Server security and policy administration.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Experience supporting both Windows and Apple devices.

Package on offer:

• Earn between £30k and £40k per year, subject to experience.
