This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring the functionality of computers, printers, and network systems, and providing technical support to staff and students. They may also be tasked with installing and updating software, managing user accounts and permissions, overseeing cybersecurity measures, and ensuring that all technology systems run smoothly to support teaching and learning activities. Additionally, they may assist in setting up and maintaining classroom tech tools like interactive whiteboards and projectors.
