Grid Dynamics is looking for a (contractor) Technical Recruiter in our London office. We would like to strengthen our recruitment team with a proactive and result-oriented person, who easily connects with people and has a passion for finding the best talents. The hiring focus will be on technical roles of Middle and Senior level. You will be a part of an international recruitment team sharing common goals and values.

• Manage full cycle of recruitment process for technical positions
• Active search of candidates using different sources and recruitment strategies
• Provide regular updates to recruitment lead and hiring manager about the recruitment pipelines, market capacity, availability of candidates, salary ranges, etc
• Create job descriptions, manage job posts and requisitions in our ATS
• Work with hiring managers and interviewers to streamline the hiring process
• Close cooperation with staffing team to identify hiring priorities and adjust recruitment efforts based on them
• Keep data accuracy and timely update recruitment tool
• Highlight issues/bottlenecks in the recruitment process, create an improvement action plan and put it into action
