Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a technical recruiter on the local IT market.
• Proven track record of hiring technical positions.

• Knowledge of local market specifics, salaries and trends.
• Self-motivated, proactive and adaptable.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to invest time in self-education.
• Experience with ATS, recruitment tools and analytics.
• Banking/fintech or software consultancy experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage full cycle of recruitment for technical positions.
• Active search of candidates using diverse sources.
• Provide regular updates to recruitment lead and hiring managers about pipelines and market conditions.
• Create job descriptions, manage job posts and requisitions in ATS.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and interviewers to streamline the hiring process.
• Coordinate with staffing team to align hiring priorities.
• Maintain data accuracy and timely updates in recruitment tools.
• Highlight bottlenecks and implement improvement plans.
