Qualifications

• Experience as IT Support Engineer in MSP environment.
• Experience with Windows 7/10 and Office 365.
• Experience managing Exchange mailboxes and AD users.
• Basic client networking experience and vendor liaison duties.
• Proven ability to resolve incidents quickly using remote tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st line IT support and incident resolution.
• Log faults with 3rd party suppliers and ensure SLAs are met.
• Support Windows OS, Office 365, and Exchange mailbox management.
• Perform Active Directory user/computer management tasks.
• Utilize remote support tools to diagnose and fix issues.
