Job summary

Back To Work is seeking a motivated IT apprentice to join its internal IT team in South Yorkshire. You will respond to IT support requests, assist staff with hardware and software issues, and help manage user accounts within Microsoft 365.

You will gain hands-on experience in systems administration, infrastructure support, and security procedures, including backups and disaster recovery, while expanding knowledge in Active Directory, networking fundamentals, cloud technologies, and Cyber
