Job summary

DeepCamp in London is seeking an IT Systems and Infrastructure Engineer to own the foundations that keep the business running—hybrid cloud and on‑prem environments, core platforms, and automation that reduces manual work.

You'll administer Okta, Google Workspace, Jira Service Management and Slack, manage Windows Server/AD/O365, and build automation with PowerShell, Python or Bash while adopting an AI‑first mindset and delivering projects through a proper lifecycle. Remote options are available.

Qualifications

• Hands-on administering Okta and Google Workspace.
• Experience managing IT infrastructure across Windows Server, Active Directory and Office 365.
• Day-to-day administration of Jira Service Management—queues, SLAs and workflows.
• Scripting in PowerShell, Python or Bash and building workflow automation with Okta Workflow or Zapier.
• AI-first mindset: evaluating and administering AI tools to solve IT problems.

Responsibilities

• Administering and evolving core platforms (Okta, Google Workspace, AI tools, Jira Service Management, Slack).
• Building secure, reliable infrastructure across cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Developing automation scripts in PowerShell, Python or Bash; building workflows with Okta Workflow and Zapier.
• Managing identity, access and collaboration tools (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Office 365).
• Delivering IT projects through a structured lifecycle with planning and stakeholder sign-off.
