Job summary

Dorothy House Hospice Care is seeking a senior IT and systems leader to run a cross-organisational support function, ensuring reliable services across clinical, retail and fundraising teams. Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in a business or IT-related discipline.
• Experience in a leadership role managing an IT/support function.
• Experience managing internal and external relationships and contracts.
• Experience supporting or leading corporate systems such as CRM, incident management, finance and HR.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the IT and systems support function for consistent service across the organisation.
• Manage relationships with the managed service provider and external technology partners.
• Act as escalation point for major incidents, service issues and technical challenges.
• Oversee IT service performance, cyber security, business continuity and disaster recovery.
• Drive continuous improvement across support processes, systems and user experience.
• Govern incidents, problems, changes, software licensing and technical standards.
• Act as Information Security Officer.
• Support digital transformation projects and the wider Digital Strategy.
