Job summary

West Kent Housing Association is seeking a Head of Digital Technology Operations and Cybersecurity to shape secure, resilient digital services for colleagues and residents. You will lead our service delivery, infrastructure and cybersecurity teams, driving strategy and partner management.

Reporting to the Digital Technology Director, you will ensure reliable, secure cloud and on-premise solutions while building digital capability and leading resilience, with hybrid working from our Sevenoaks

Qualifications

• Senior technology leader with experience across technology operations, infrastructure and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Lead service delivery, infrastructure and cybersecurity teams.
• Set high standards for operational performance and cyber resilience.
• Ensure cloud and on-premise technologies are reliable, secure and easy to use.
• Shape strategy, drive service improvement and manage key technology partnerships.
• Lead resilience and incident response for major incidents, including out-of-hours as required.
• Build digital capability across West Kent and deputise for the Digital Technology Director when needed.
