Job summary

The One Group is seeking an IT System Analyst for our Haverhill site to support the technology behind a busy operation across infrastructure, applications, security and improvement projects.

This role suits someone with a solid IT support or infrastructure background who wants greater technical ownership and exposure within a growing business. You will work across servers, Microsoft technologies, networking and business systems, with involvement in upgrades and cloud projects.

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in IT support or infrastructure with ownership mindset.
• Experience with Windows Server, AD, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Understanding of networking basics and cloud/service concepts.
• Comfortable working across infrastructure and business applications.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the site's IT infrastructure including servers and networking.
• Provide technical support for business applications and coordinate with suppliers.
• Take ownership of complex incidents and investigate recurring issues.
• Participate in infrastructure upgrades, deployments and security improvements.
• Ensure systems are patched, backed up, monitored and protected.
• Maintain technical documentation and governance within a regulated environment.
