Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an IT Systems Administrator in Ross-on-Wye to drive automation projects using Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint and Power BI while maintaining hands-on responsibility for modern workplace technologies and IT support across a growing international organisation.

You will own automation initiatives, develop and maintain Microsoft 365 services, manage device estates through Intune, and help improve security, governance and efficiency.

IT Systems Administrator

Are you an IT professional with experience in Power Platform, Microsoft 365, general IT Support, SharePoint and Intune, looking for a varied role where you can drive business-wide automation projects while retaining hands‑on responsibility for modern workplace technologies and IT support within a growing international organisation?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a cloud‑first organisation where technology plays a key role in supporting global operations. You will take ownership of automation initiatives, delivering real business improvements through Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint and Power BI solutions.

Working closely with the IT Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Microsoft 365 services, managing device estates through Intune, and supporting the ongoing adoption of modern workplace technologies. You will also help improve security, governance and operational efficiency across the business.

The successful candidate will have experience administering Microsoft 365 environments, building Power Platform solutions, and providing IT support within a professional business environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a blend of projects and support activities while making a visible impact across the organisation.

The Role

• Develop and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate and SharePoint solutions
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams and Intune
• Build reports and dashboards using Power BI
• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support across UK and international users and offices
• Improve automation, governance, security and user adoption across the businessThe Person:

• Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps in a production environment
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience
• Knowledge of SharePoint Online and Intune
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting end users within an IT support or systems role
• Power BI, PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API or Dataverse experience advantageous
