Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd in Ross-on-Wye is seeking an Automation Engineer to drive business automation using Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint and Power BI. You will own the development and maintenance of modern workplace solutions within a cloud-first organisation.

The role also involves administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online and Intune, plus providing 1st/2nd line IT support across UK and international offices while delivering governance and security improvements

Qualifications

Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
Experience building Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Experience providing IT support in a professional business environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate and SharePoint solutions.
Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams and Intune.
Build reports and dashboards using Power BI.
Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support across UK and international users and offices.
Improve automation, governance, security and user adoption across the business.
