Job summary

Project Freelance in Ross-on-Wye is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to own automation projects using Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint and Power BI, while maintaining modern workplace tech and frontline IT support. The role blends hands-on system administration with business-wide automation initiatives for a growing international organisation.

You will work with the IT Manager to administer Microsoft 365 services, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams and Intune, and to improve security,

Qualifications

Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps in production environments.
Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience.
Knowledge of SharePoint Online and Intune.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience supporting end users within IT support or systems role.
Power BI, scripting (PowerShell) or Dataverse experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate and SharePoint solutions.
Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams and Intune.
Build reports and dashboards using Power BI.
Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support across UK and international users and offices.
Improve automation, governance, security and user adoption across the business.
