Job summary

Plum Personnel is seeking a proactive IT Support Specialist for a near Solihull, West Midlands role. It is on-site with 38-40 hours per week and a pay of £14.00 per hour (£27,664 per year).

You will train customers on our software and hardware, troubleshoot via phone and email, explain technical concepts simply, and coordinate hardware installations with engineers. A valid driver and own transport are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience via phone or in person
• Solid IT basics including Windows 10/11 and Excel
• Organised, proactive and a natural problem solver
• Good communication and people skills
