Responsibilities:As an IT Support Consultant Trainee, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, web, and email support.
- Resolving a wide range of technical issues for users with varying technical knowledge.
- Managing a demanding workload while adhering to SLAs.
- Collaborating with third parties and logging tickets for vendor support and warranty claims.
- Researching and proactively communicating updates to clients.
- Identifying and preventing recurring issues.
- Managing changes with minimal risk to client operations.
- Possessing experience with Office 365 and MS Office Suite.
- Having knowledge of Active Directory and on-premises Microsoft Exchange solutions.
Qualifications:A passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow your career. A qualification, college course, or degree in computer science, IT, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
