Responsibilities

As an IT Support Consultant Trainee, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer support via phone, web, and email.
• Resolving a variety of technical issues for users with different levels of technical knowledge.
• Managing a demanding workload while meeting SLAs.
• Collaborating with third parties and logging tickets for support and warranty claims.
• Researching and proactively updating clients.
• Identifying and preventing recurring issues.
• Managing changes with minimal risk to clients’ operations.
• Possessing experience with Office 365 and MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and on-premises Microsoft Exchange solutions.

Qualifications

• A qualification, college course, or degree in computer science, IT, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
