Job summary

Thrive International is seeking an IT Support Technician for our Dewsbury-based IT team. The role includes taking ownership of first-line support and assisting with second-line tasks, with frequent UK travel to depot sites.

You will upskill and grow within an established team, handling hardware/software configurations, mobile device management, and end-user support across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience of providing 1st and 2nd line IT support.
• Experience building and repairing laptops.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 or Active Directory would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user IT support via helpdesk tools and telephone.
• Configure and implement hardware and software.
• Coordinate with third-party software and hardware support companies.
• Contribute to the development and documentation of solutions, processes and procedures.
• Build and repair laptops.
• Administer the mobile phone suite.
