Job summary
Jet-care International in Odiham, Hampshire, UK, seeks an IT Support Technician to join our IT team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role provides first-line technical support across the company, ensuring that IT systems, hardware, software and network services operate efficiently.
You will work closely with the Senior Support Analyst, resolve technical issues, support IT projects and contribute to continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Server+, Security, and Microsoft MTA, MCP.
- Experience in IT Support with knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, LAN, VPNs and security products.
- Minimum of one year in technical support, client/server administration, and network connectivity/security support.
Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for technical support for local and remote users.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade servers, computers, phones, printers, and other peripheral devices.
- Install software and provide support for products including software and hardware.
- Set up and configure workstations, phones, and other areas for staff.
