Qualifications

• CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification.
• ITIL Foundation or similar service management certification.
• Familiarity with MS 365 and directory services is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on end-user 1st and 2nd line support.
• Troubleshoot AD logins, password resets, MFA reactivations, software installs, hardware issues.
