Job summary

Adria Solutions Ltd is assisting a client based in Stoke-on-Trent to recruit an IT Support Technician. The role provides 1st line IT support to end-users and proactively resolves hardware and software issues across all channels.

You will manage on‑premise Microsoft systems, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Hyper-V, and perform Office 365 tenancy admin tasks such as Exchange, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams, and security. A collaborative, growth‑minded environment is offered.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of IT support experience.
• Proficient in Active Directory and Azure administration.
• Knowledge of networking principles and protocols.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITSM tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and professional 1st line IT support to end-users.
• Manage and troubleshoot on-premise Windows Server, Active Directory, and Hyper-V.
• Handle Microsoft 365 tenancy admin tasks (Exchange, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams, Security).
• Collaborate with colleagues to implement and maintain IT infrastructure solutions.
