Job summary

Pendleton Sixth Form College is seeking an IT Technician to be the first point of contact for IT services, delivering excellent support to students and staff. The role is based at Eccles Sixth Form College with occasional cover at other campuses as required.

You should have good knowledge of PCs, tablets and Microsoft Windows, plus ITIL experience and a IT-related qualification such as a BTEC Higher level IT. Salary £24,770–£27,231, permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of PCs, tablets and Microsoft Windows.
• Experience of supporting delivery, preferably in an ITIL environment.
• BTEC Higher level (or equivalent) in an IT related subject.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to students and staff.
• Prepare IT facilities and services for use and events.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain end-user satisfaction.
