You'll work on Active Directory, Windows, hardware lifecycles, and security best practices while developing your skills in a supportive, expanding environment.

Qualifications

• IT qualification (CompTIA A+ or equivalent).
• Strong Windows 10/11 support and administration experience.
• Hands-on hardware lifecycle experience and asset management.
• Basic networking knowledge and familiarity with AD/DNS/DHCP.
• Understanding of cybersecurity and ITIL best practices.
• Excellent communication and proactive, user-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for incidents and service requests.
• Troubleshoot routine issues and assist with password resets, MFA, and installs.
• Set up, configure and deploy new hardware and software.
• Manage IT hardware assets and generate inventory reports.
• Carry out regular maintenance and resolve complex issues.
• Maintain clear documentation and help improve processes.
