Job summary

Cadillac Formula 1® Team at the Silverstone Facility is seeking an IT Support Technician to deliver desktop support, assist end-users, and act as the first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests. You will provide 1st and 2nd line support, manage ITSM tickets, handle onboarding and offboarding, configure devices (Windows, iOS, macOS), and support users in adopting tools.

Qualifications

Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and M365 in a busy IT environment.
Experience provisioning iOS and macOS devices.
Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365) are a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to users and guests.
Create, update, and prioritise ITSM tickets with detailed records.
Onboarding and offboarding: configure devices, software, and accounts.
Install, configure, and upgrade hardware, peripherals and software (Windows, iOS, macOS).
Assist users in using hardware/software and provide basic training.
