Job summary
Education Partnership North East (EPNE) seeks an IT Support Technician based in Northumberland to maintain and configure IT equipment, provide 1st and 2nd line support, and help keep systems secure and available. You will work across Kirkley Hall and Ashington Campuses, collaborating with the team and using Microsoft 365, Azure AD, SharePoint, Teams, and device management to support staff and students.

Qualifications
- Significant experience in end-user technical support with desktops and mobile devices.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory and IT help desk.
- Broad knowledge of IT technologies and supporting skills.
- Able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote and face-to-face support for technical incidents.
- Capture knowledge base articles to help self-service and resolution.
- Ensure all support requests are handled promptly with high satisfaction.
- Perform routine end-user device maintenance and deployment/retirement.
- Maintain and update asset databases for end-user devices.
- Ensure IT environment security and data protection.
