Job summary

OrganOx is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join a rapidly expanding team in Oxford. You will provide technical support across core systems, primarily SaaS, including Microsoft 365, mobile devices, and laptops.

The role supports a near 24x5 IT service across GMT, EST, PST with occasional out-of-hours work. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and a proactive user-support mindset.

Qualifications

• BSc degree in Computing or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrable IT support experience.
• Microsoft Certifications are advantageous.
• Ability to work onsite in Oxford, UK.

Responsibilities

• Be part of an internal IT Service Desk team across time zones.
• Respond to and update service desk requests promptly.
• Proactively resolve issues and improving IT service with solution articles.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and licensing in MS365/Entra.
• Resolve issues with laptops, mobile devices & MS Teams Rooms.
• Perform software installs and updates.
• Assist with cybersecurity incident resolution.
• Support growing IT team to provide excellent IT services.
• Adhere to OrganOx Code of Conduct and policies.
• Some out-of-hours shift work may be required.
