Job summary

OrganOx is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our UK team. You will provide technical support across core SaaS systems, Windows 11, iOS and Android devices, and Microsoft 365. The role is onsite in Oxford, with occasional out-of-hours coverage to support a near 24x5 IT service.

You will join a small Service Desk, manage user accounts, troubleshoot incidents, and contribute to solution articles. Microsoft Entra, Intune and Teams Rooms experience are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support experience across SaaS and cloud services.
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 / Entra environments.
• Strong customer service and ticketing discipline.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a small Service Desk across time zones.
• Respond to and update service desk requests promptly.
• Create and edit solution articles to improve IT service.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and licensing in MS365 / Entra.
• Troubleshoot laptop and mobile device issues; MS Teams rooms.
• Perform software installs and updates.
• Assist resolution of cybersecurity incidents.
• Support the growing IT team with reliable services.
• Adhere to OrganOx Code of Conduct and policies.
• Occasional out-of-hours shift coverage.
