Qualifikationen

• Experience in an IT consultancy, start-up, SME or fast-growing business.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows operating systems.

• Provide day-to-day IT support to employees, remotely and on-site.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and connectivity issues.
• Set up laptops, desktops, mobile devices and other IT equipment.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and other business apps.
• Maintain IT equipment, software licences and asset records.
• Liaise with external IT providers, software suppliers and partners.
• Support cybersecurity best practices, data protection and secure system access.
• Identify opportunities to improve IT processes, efficiency and automation.
• Assist with new systems, software and technology projects.
• Provide clear, friendly technical guidance to colleagues.
• Support IT systems within a busy healthcare environment.
