Job summary

ZEAL Network SE is seeking a creative and organised Graphic Designer for the 7days Performance content team in Norwich. You will produce engaging digital artwork for competitions, marketing channels and our website, from campaign graphics to prize thumbnails.

You’ll work across campaigns, paid ads and game themes, collaborating with content and marketing teams. A strong portfolio and proficiency in Photoshop/Illustrator are essential, with AI tools a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a graphic design or digital design role.
• Strong portfolio of digital/commercial design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Understanding of typography, layout, color and composition.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

The role:

We’re looking for a creative and organised Graphic Designer to join the 7days Performance content team. You’ll be responsible for producing engaging digital artwork across our competitions, website and marketing channels. This is a varied role covering everything from campaign graphics and paid ads to individual prize thumbnails and game themes.

Your responsibilities

• Creating graphics for marketing campaigns and social media advertising.
• Designing main promotional artwork for new competitions.
• Producing instant-win prize thumbnails across cars, cash, technology and luxury products.
• Creating product thumbnails for raffle prizes.
• Developing visual themes and supporting assets for our Tap & Win games.
• Editing and retouching car, property and product photography.
• Resizing and adapting artwork for the website, email, social media and paid advertising.
• Maintaining a consistent standard and visual identity across all 7days Performance artwork.
• Managing multiple briefs and delivering work within agreed deadlines.
• Working closely with the content, paid media, email and wider marketing teams to deliver creative that meets the brief.
• Using AI image-generation and editing tools where appropriate to help create backgrounds, environments, concepts and creative variations.

What you offer us

• Strong Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills.
• A good understanding of typography, layout, colour and composition.

• An understanding of social media and digital advertising would be beneficial.
• Experience using AI creative tools would be an advantage, although training can be provided.
