Job summary

The Opportunity Hub UK is based in Stratford, London and is seeking an experienced IT Support & Project Coordinator to drive IT project delivery and provide robust technical support. You will liaise between developers, clients and internal stakeholders to coordinate changes, resolve system issues, and help implement new initiatives.

This role emphasizes strong communication, multi-project management, and the creation of clear system manuals.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support or related role.
• Strong understanding of IT systems and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder liaison skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organisation.
• Experience with hosting providers and hosting support.
• Knowledge of IT project management methodologies is advantageous.
• Familiarity with programming and web development concepts.
• Ability to produce clear system manuals and documentation.
• Proactive problem-solving and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT projects and ensure effective communication between stakeholders.
• Act as liaison between development team and clients, manage change requests and resolve system errors.
• Provide system troubleshooting, incident management, user support, testing, and compliance processes.
• Collaborate with server hosting provider to manage support needs and issues.
• Oversee new IT projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
• Review existing IT systems and projects for functionality and reporting issues.
• Assist IT Director in scoping new projects and attending client meetings.
• Deliver client training on IT systems and produce comprehensive documentation.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and internal teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of IT support processes and efficiency.
