Job summary

Framatome UK in Bristol/Avonmouth is seeking an IT Co-ordinator to support IT project planning, governance, delivery and improvements in line with IT strategy. You will coordinate IT projects, manage schedules, risks and dependencies, and maintain governance artefacts, while collaborating with stakeholders and vendors in a hybrid UK role.

The role requires strong organisational skills and experience with MS 365 tools.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating IT projects, programmes, or technology initiatives and supporting project governance and delivery frameworks
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to organise, plan, and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing risks, issues, actions and dependencies
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
• Ability to prioritise and deliver in a dynamic IT environment

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects and work streams
• Support Project Managers in managing schedules, milestones, deliverables and dependencies
• Track progress and ensure timely completion of actions
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs and governance artefacts
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and steering committees
• Monitor risks and changes and escalate as needed
• Support resource planning and capacity management across IT portfolio
• Ensure adherence to project delivery methodologies and governance frameworks
• Contribute to portfolio reporting and delivery metrics
• Assist in development of PMO and governance frameworks
• Support audit, compliance and regulatory requirements related to project delivery
