Job summary

Hawk-Eye Innovations Ltd. in London is seeking a proactive IT Support Analyst to join our global IT team. Based in our London office with hybrid working, you will provide hands-on endpoint support and manage IT platforms for users across the UK and international offices.

You will handle 2nd line support, onboarding/offboarding, documentation, and project work, collaborating with colleagues worldwide to improve user experience and security.

Qualifications

• Experience in an IT Service Desk or IT Support role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience supporting Windows operating systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to support both technical and non‑technical users.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd line IT support to users across the UK and global business.
• Manage and respond to support requests through Jira.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Administer key platforms including Microsoft 365, Intune, Google Workspace, Kandji and Ubiquiti.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
• Support meeting room technology and collaboration tools.
• Assist with company‑wide Town Halls and All Hands events.
