Job summary

Framatome UK is seeking an IT Co-ordinator to support planning, governance, delivery and continuous improvement of IT projects. The role sits in a hybrid pattern in the Bristol/Avonmouth area, collaborating with IT leadership and stakeholders to ensure on-time, aligned deliveries.

The successful candidate will coordinate project schedules, maintain governance artefacts, and drive continuous improvement across the IT portfolio, leveraging Jira/Azure DevOps and MS 365 tools.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating IT projects, programmes, or technology initiatives and supporting project governance and delivery frameworks.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• High organisational and planning abilities with attention to detail.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Ability to manage risks, issues, actions and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects and work streams.
• Support project managers and IT leadership with schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
• Maintain project documentation: plans, RAID logs, status reports, governance artefacts.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and steering committees; document actions and decisions.
• Monitor risks, issues, and changes; escalate when needed.
• Support resource planning and capacity management across the IT portfolio.
