Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting problems using remote tools.
• Ability to drive for site visits is essential.
• Experience in a railway environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support end users with IT systems locally and remotely.
• Resolve incidents and service requests promptly.
• Perform site visits across the UK as needed.
• Communicate cyber security awareness.
• Maintain asset records and documentation.
