Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT Helpdesk support and respond to user queries.
• Assist with daily ICT operations and classroom event support.
• Help troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Support maintenance of PCs, laptops, printers, displays and AV equipment.
• Assist with deployment and configuration of desktops and software.
• Support Computer and Design Labs operations and equipment.
• Assist with software updates and school applications administration.
• Undertake other ICT duties as required to support the department.
