Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking an experienced IT engineer to join our international MSP team. You will support customers both remotely and on-site, resolving technical issues and managing incidents using the Service Desk system.

You will work with Microsoft 365, Intune, RMM tools and Azure, installing and configuring environments while ensuring security standards such as Cyber Essentials and GDPR are met. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ IT engineering experience.
• Experience with Cyber Essentials and GDPR security standards.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 services (Email, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
• Hands-on with Azure, Windows Server versions, and client OSes.
• Strong communication and ability to work with external suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to customers as a trusted point of contact.
• Visit sites to resolve issues, install, and perform maintenance.
• Manage incidents and requests through the Service Desk system.
• Escalate complex issues to management when needed.
• Organise daily workloads and monitor SLAs.
• Maintain ticket accuracy and document work.
• Respond to major incidents remotely or on-site.
