Job summary

Be-IT in the United Kingdom is seeking an IT support professional to split time between a remote service desk and customer sites across Scotland, delivering reliable 1st line support and ensuring customers' IT runs smoothly.

You'll travel to client sites, handle onboarding, and collaborate with service desk, projects and security teams, all while maintaining strong communication and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service desk, IT support or managed services role.
• Strong Microsoft 365, Windows 11 and Intune knowledge.
• Solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle.
• Eligibility for SC clearance.

Home-based in Scotland with travel across Scotland

Location: you should be within easy reach of Glasgow and Edinburgh

Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, on a shift rota

Must have a driving licence and access to a vehicle

I’m recruiting for a well-established managed services provider that needs a local technical presence in Scotland, someone who enjoys helping customers by phone, remote session and in person.

You’ll split your time between a remote service desk and customer sites across Scotland, delivering great IT support, building trusted relationships and keeping customers’ IT running smoothly. No two days will look the same.
